What a horrible situation I was dealing with. James Beardsley and Ashley Winslow were fantastic. Not only were they accommodating with my situation, they were sympathetic, and they worked hard and got me an amazing settlement. I am so greatful to both of them!! I would absolutely recommend them!

I was in an awful accident where I was hit as a pedestrian March 2019. Although I was very hurt, the odds weren't 100% in my favor. But Lowry & Associates were still able to reach a substantial settlement for me. Covid happened while in the process, so it took longer than normal, but they communicated the whole time and promptly responded to my phone calls and questions. and when it came down to the nitty gritty of the settlement, it was very quick. They said 4 weeks to get my check after the case was closed and it took a week! I am very thankful for their help. I put very minimal effort in, everything was taken care of for me.

James Beardsley, Mary Larsen, and Kiyonah Wilkinson, went above and beyond for our family. My son was the victim of a hit and run we later found out the person who hit him was under the influence of fentanyl. My son suffered serious bodily injury from head to toe and is still having to undergo surgeries because of this hit and run. So as you can imagine all we wanted to do was to be there for our son and James, Mary, and Kiana made that possible. They took care of everything, we didn’t have to do anything. They were always there to answer any questions, they would listen even if I just needed someone to cry to, and they were sympathetic to what my son was going through.
