I had added the super cuts app to my phone after my last visit. I used it to join the wait list before leaving home. When I got there I told them I had joined wait list on app. I had a seat and was called to have my haircut in less then 10 minutes. The shop is usually well staffed and clean. I waited much longer before I realized they had an app you could join the wait list.

They need to keep their prissy attitudes to themselves. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever! Felt like a burden walking through the door first thing....which is why I walked right back out!
