Jenn is amazing! She has so much energy, she's funny, she's fun, very knowledgable, and always has new exercises. She is intuitive, makes everyone feel comfortable and will customize your workout for your specific needs. She's capable of slowing it down or ramping it up, whatever she thinks you need or are ready for. Highly recommend!
Jen has so much energy and motivation, that even at 5:30 am on a dark, cold, winter morning, you become energized to work out with her. It is clear Jen puts in quality time and focus, ahead of each class to make every workout different and challenging. It is the best way to start the day!

You will never meet a more inspiring or positive coach then Jen. She has tireless energy and keeps you motivated, even in the wee hours of the morning! I love her boot camps and the facility is very nice. Highly recommend!
