Andrea and Meredith are an amazing incredibly gifted pair. They were completely present with me, encouraging and fun. They watched my body and listened attentively to me, creatively problem solving together and with me to determine how best to create effective change in my body. I left with a deeper awareness of my imbalances and the work I can do on my own to correct them. I also left with pain free movement in my body! I highly recommend them for the Reset package or to see them as individual practitioners.

This massage by EMILY was the best massage I have ever had. I’ve had over 100+massages in my life and this stole the show. I felt very comfortable and she was professional and intelligent answering all my questions about muscles and pain etc. I had the amethyst heat under me and I think is a major game changer-it helped me relax even more. I loved how much I know this helped my body and all my ailments. Do ask for myofascial release techniques they are so good.

I contacted Apple Core in need of urgent care to treat acute onset thoracic outlet syndrome and carpal tunnel syndrome. Thankfully, Emily was able to treat me and what a difference she made in 90 minutes! Some people are meant to do bodywork, and Emily is definitely one of them! She took time to thoroughly listen to my medical history and carefully formulated a plan of care that worked wonders! I can’t recommend Emily and Apple Core Therapy enough!

Apple Core Therapy truly emphasizes the Therapy in their services. Not all massage is created equal. These practioners are truly gifted at their craft. They are always learning and deepening their knowledge to better serve their clients. I am truly grateful to have their helping hands guide and support my health. I can’t say enough positive things about this business. They’re next level! I’m hooked.

Of all the different body practitioners I’ve been to, Andrea is by far the most gifted and intuitive, and she instinctively knows what my body needs on any given visit. I trust her implicitly. I go in knowing that I’m in good hands and that she’ll facilitate the healing process with exactly what is needed on that day. I always leave feeling very well cared for, and my body feeling so much better than when I arrived. I highly recommend Andrea, you won’t be disappointed.
