There was this young rude cashier who made a snotty response when I commented on how it must be hard for people to shop when fitting rooms are closed. She had the nerve to respond by saying no not really, at least you won’t get sick and die! Upper management need to invest on training this girl some better customer service skills! It’s great you closed the fitting rooms for safety but the lack of professionalism in her response was unnecessary.

I found a dress for my event coming up; however, this is the third time the cashier has neglected to take off the security tag. The security alarms consistently go off throughout the store and it seems as though the employees don't care or like its a normal thing. This is a huge inconvenience for me seeing since this is the closest store to me and it is still an hour away. The employees were very nice and talkative which I appreciated, but I still am very upset about it, it took me over an hour to get off.
