I have ordered through my custom swag several times over the last 5 years. Most recently I placed a large order for the long term care/skilled nursing facility I work for as we were wanting comfortable, professional attire we could all wear with our company logo and titles on them. My custom swag delivered!! The 1/2 zip’s we ordered came out fabulous ! The logo was embroidered so well, and the jackets them selves were very comfortable and professional looking. Everything was ready in a timely manner as well. The jackets were so loved by all the staff we placed a second order since most people wanted more than one. I have never been disappointed with a purchase and always appreciate the great customer service and professionalism. I HIGHLY recommend them !

I brought an expensive sweatshirt to be embroidered there for a Christmas gift. I had asked for my name on the cuff of the sleeve (where the wrist is). When I go to pick it up the name was near the shoulder and not what I wanted. They gave it to me for free but said there’s nothing they can do about it except embroider more on it. Now I either have to get a new sweatshirt to embroider (which is expensive) or remove it and have holes in it. Upon further looking I saw there’s a bleached stain on the sweatshirt as well that wasn’t there before. None of the workers were wearing masks inside while talking to me. No one in the printing area was wearing one either. The embroidery was of quality don’t get me wrong, but it just seemed unprofessional to not to have specific order forms or anything. My order was written on a bit of scratch paper. If you go there make sure you’re extremely specific and repeat what you want.
