Drive through does take longer during rush hours but the staff do a wonderful job trying to keep up. Minimal mistakes made on a few occasions but quickly resolved. Keep up the great work!

Ordered 4double cheeseburgers only Ketchup and Pickles they were rang up on the screen incorrect but I was assured they'd be made correctly by 2 people. Got my food and they were wrong. So went inside to have them remade and the woman behind the counter tried to tell me after handling them all that only one was made wrong...I asked for all of them to be made fresh and correctly and after waiting 15mins got the correct food.nnThis location...I know it's the Maine Mall area and always busy but the service is so hit or miss...

My fried were cold/warm. I asked for them straight out of the fryer.nI waited forever for the replacement. I actually called. She said they'd be out in a minute and they have me my money back❗

Hit them up this morning with a LARGE order. It's the holidays, that's what you do! But it's also virus season so this large order had to happen via the drive in window. They handled it perfectly. Really fast given the size of the order. Very little wait, no angry horn honking behind me from sleepy folks wanting only a coffee. Everyone was very pleasant. I was very appreciative of the fast, friendly service. Wish every drive up window was as efficient. Thank you to the staff at the Gorham Road McDonalds, well done!

Coffee was old and disgusting. Employees were fooling around and hardly working. Manger on duty refunded us for the disgusting coffee so we could get sweet tea. Sweet tea in the dining room tasted like water and only enough to fill one large cup. Asked for sweet tea from the drive thru. Tasted better but not enough to fill a large cup. Also no ice in the dining room. Dining room was very dirty. Trash on the floors. Employee was told to bring the trash out, she did but didn't pick up the trash on the floor around the trash cans. Only reason I'm giving this mcdonalds 3 stars is for the managers help. Will visit a different mcdonalds next time.
