Having been a customer of Causeway Marina for several years now I can highly recommend them for their level of professionalism, attention to detail and quality of service. The pricing is competitive with any marina in the Lakes Region. Being disabled they have been very reasonable in bringing my boat over from their location on Brandy Pond to my slip on Sebago for an inexpensive fee and the reverse in the fall. The only fault you will find is that during peak season they can be a little long in returning calls, other than that Jessie, Kelly and the rest of the staff will treat you like a valued customer.

If you are going to rent a boat stop by Causeway. To start with the people who work there are kind friendly and understanding. They are all very easy to talk to and explain your boat rental from A-Z, what you can and can’t do. They go out of their way to fix issues if there are any. We had our boat up there but have also rented j. The past from them. Never an issue and the best gas prices on the lake!! A++ in my books.

We have been coming here for years & have always had a good experience. The staff is friendly & helpful & the boats we rent have always run well. We've been coming here for over a decade & have had a great experience every single time.

Very easy and reliable marina. Nice and friendly staff. The only issue we had was when we came back an employee said we damaged the propeller which is literally impossible seeing nothing ever went even near it. We did argue and they let us go free of damage charge. I would just recommend taking a lot of pictures of things on the boat before you take it out. Also I want to mention we got a bonus pair of pants we accidently took home because it was already in the boat.

Absolutely terrible experience. Made a reservation over a week ago for a pontoon. Rental was from 830am-430pm. They called us at 915am day of to let us know the boat was damaged. They had no other availability and tried to offer us a rental on another day. We were bringing 12 family members. Try rescheduling that. I don't recommend this company. Utterly unprofessional. We were offered a 50% discount which doesn't make up for the lack of unprofessionalism. Why wasn't this boat inspected yesterday after the last renters and before us the next rental. We could've been notified yesterday instead of during the time we should've already have been on the boatSboat. Makes zero sense. As a business you have to offer something better when you make a mistake that big. I will be sure to let everyone i know not to use this business.
