I hope the owner reads this review and understands how important customer service is to have a great business. Your goal to success is to have returning customers and great word of mouth. If at ANY time a customer is unpleased you should go out of your way to help. Having your wife text your customers is UNPROFESSIONAL! Selling auction vehicles that aren’t thoroughly inspected is UNPROFESSIONAL! I will not shop here, ever, and I hope that you guys gain morals and trust and knowledge that morals are more valuable than money! Good luck!

They sell scrap vehicles knowingly. Save yourself the money and buy that car from your mechanic or his recommendation.nAlways have a prospective vehicle inspection and get the carfax.nCheck their BBB rating as well.

If i could give them zero stars I would. Absolute garbage customer service. Do NOT trust these fools, they only want to scam you you. They are just fine profiting off of other people’s misfortunes. Disgusting. Stay away!

Only shop here if you're looking for a run around, zero responsibility taken, blame placed on everyone but themselves, and are willing to listen to them smash small businesses. Yeah I think that about covers it. Will be forwarding your comments to the small businesses owners.
