Casa Grande

Casa Grande is my favorite Mexican restaurant. Their menu has so much to choose from that I've never ordered the same thing twice (yet). Seriously, I've ate something different for my entree each time and I've not been disappointed. The food is flavorful and fresh tasting. If you like guacamole like I do, be sure to order some. It's the freshest, best tasting gouc I've had. There's also many dessert options ..... however, I always order the flan. Their flan is rich and creamy tasting with the most perfect amount of cinnamon throughout, caramel sauce drizzled on it, then just because they can, but not because they have to ( because it's already perfect) they top it with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry. I wish I would have taken photos while we were there, but all I was so hungry I dug right in.

Server was decent, didn’t necessarily do the best job but was decent enough.nGood was... “eh”nBut when we ordered the fresh guacamole for 9.00 and it looked like one avocado in huge bowl... I laughed. Asked the server if this was the right one & she did say it was correct.. I had her take it back and tell the manager I wasn’t happy about it.... THE MANAGER said it was because they had big avocados & was going to throw it away because I wasn’t satisfied but still charge me 75% of it....nARE YOU KIDDING ME?! We hadn’t even touched it.nI will never return to this establishment, that is wild, I have never heard of that! I don’t know how this manager expected us to share this as an appetizer, but then since I wasn’t happy with it wanted to charge me 75%....nnDo not recommend.

Service was horrible. We asked the server questions and it’s seemed like she didn’t even know the menu well enough. Server didn’t even mind asking if we needed a box to go or salt. She took forever to give us our bill. We also had ordered a to go order and she told us it would be ready when she brought our bill but it wasn’t we wait in addition 15 minutes for our to go order. I definitely won’t be returning here again.

We came here at lunch and I couldn't believe how amazing the food was and what a great value we got for the price! Great food, great service, amazing wait staff and we were in and out in under 30 minutes! Just what you're looking for in a quick-service lunch at a great price! The pictures speak for themselves.

Up until tonight this was one of our favorite restaurants. The service was less than favorable. The food what we received was mediocre. Luke warm or cold. Husband ordered the tortilla soup that finally came out cold after everyone else was about done eating. Queso was ordered but never received. No drink refills were ever offered. A drink menu was requested for adult beverages but never came. We've been regulars since you opened...but no longer.
