Good food. But the employees have to be autistic or something because there is no way it take 40 minutes to make a burger. There were 2 people in front of me. I had to wait 15 minutes before made it to speaker then waited another 25 before I was gonna be next in line. If I'm gonna wait 40 minutes for food ill order pizza. Didn't wait for food just left. Its fast food no way should I have to wait that long for food

How can you hate on them, they really give me my order perfect every time. Will be back soon ud83eudd20

Just had the absolute best experience I've ever had at this locationnFood is superb, fresh and quick enough for me.nnBut what really stood out was the customer service from Madison at the drive through.nnKind, professional and very personable. Made my daughter smile with ice cream and made my day with her conversation skills.

Got a chicken bites and fries box and a Rallyburger. Everything was ridiculously fresh, like burning my mouth for five minutes fresh. I'm not complaining, it can always cool off. Reheating fried food though, gross. Give that whole crew a raise, no other place comes close.

Sat at window for 15mins waiting for workers to finish making their own food and have a funny conversation with each other. This is after i sat in drive thru for 15mins waiting to get my food then my sandwich was wrong so then i had to deal with that. Never go to this rallys ever again worst one in and around Fort Wayne
