Brick Oven Pizza

First of all, you can’t call yourself Brick Oven Pizza, when you bake your pizzas on a regular, conveyor belt oven just like Pizza Hut or Dominos. That’s not an artisan brick oven pizza. Second, the pie was super doughy, even though we asked for well-done crust, after receiving an undercooked crest two days before. Also, light sauce means half the sauce. None of our directions were listened to. Do better!

I'm not sure the pizza is actually cooked in a brick oven, but it is pretty good. Very thin crust. Herb and hearty sauce, crust is sweet.

For the buffet they ask what type of pizza you would like put out. The salad bar was very nice. They also serve fried chicken, mash potatoes, green beans, mac n cheese and gravy.

THIS “RESTAURANT“ DOESN’T USE GLOVES. I was excited to eat here after a long day, just to have the manager give me verbal backlash for wanting a refund. I asked politely not to receive my ice cream cone due to the waitress grabbing the cone with her hand and not using gloves. I kindly declined the ice cream without asking for a refund. I was then told the staff doesn’t have to use gloves and they don’t have any on hand. This city is a major hotspot for tourist due to the Park and this establishment is selfish and nasty, very very contagious.

Awesome food. The two ladies working WERE SO NICE!!! Very helpful and friendly.
