Clean and friendly staff. Easy to find everything you need
I wanted a small container of chicken salad from the deli then watched as the clerk touched his mask to adjust it with a gloved hand. He then proceeded to touch the serving spoon in the scoop part of the spoon with the same gloved hand. Big Y management if you're paying attention to all the cross contamination your employees are spreading, which I witness on every visit, please review this incident that occurred on June 23, at approximately 7:15 pm. Review your cameras. Also your selection of Cheerios sucks. This store has gone downhill. I never used to shop at Stop and Shop, but I think I'll be patronizing them more often. Also I noticed none of the bad reviews your store received ever elicit a response back from management, only the cheery, glowing reviews seem to. Grow a pair and reply.
The staff is always courteous. The store is clean, well organized and with a good variety of merchandise. Prices are fare, especially with your silver card. Years ago, they did me a huge favor when I was on vacation and my 4 kids, mysteriously, ran out of essentials two days in. The manager showed loyalty and I will always be a customer.
Staff is always friendly n helpful. Even taking time to chat with my teenage children when they have questions on stuff
