I wish I knew their names, but the two women who were working at this store on Friday, August 3rd, were absolutely amazing. My daughter saw this place about five minutes before they were scheduled to close and they insisted we stay as long as we want. My daughter picked out this toy that was like a Rudolph helicopter and it is the absolute coolest toy I’ve seen in a while. She loves it! These women were two of the friendliest people I’ve met and they have a lot of really neat stuff in their store. I hope the two of you read this and remember who we are. We will definitely be back to see you all on our next trip from Louisville. Thank you for helping make my daughter’s trip that much better. I would recommend your store to anyone!

My daughter had a starring role in the school play this weekend and I wanted to give her flowers after her performance. I called Friday evening and ordered 2 small bouquets about $10 each, one for Saturday and one for Sunday. I told the lady I needed them by 1pm on each day. She assured me they would be ready and they would put together something nice for her. I went in today at 1:30 and the girl working told me the flowers weren't done. She didn't give me a reason why or offer an apology. She offered to put something together for me as she said she had done it before. I told her I didn't have specific flowers that I wanted and she went to make something. I don't know if she was the only person working or what but I had another person waiting on flowers behind me and there were several people shopping on the sales floor. She finally came out and gave me a small bouquet with white daisies and 1 red Gerbera daisy. It assumed it would be wrapped in tissue paper but it was wrapped in a thicker, slick paper with a pattern on it. I was afraid that I was going to miss my daughter's performance so I paid for it and left. I later called and cancelled the order for Sunday. I don't understand what happened and will probably never get an answer. Will go elsewhere next time.
