Done Right Diesel

BOUGHT AN ITEM THAT WAS ADVERTISED AS A 2010-2012 FRONT AXLE ASSEMBLE . TURNS OUT THE WAS FROM A 2012 MODEL MADE AFTER JULY 2020 WHICH MAKES IT 2012 WITH 2013 UPGRADES. AFTER FINDING THIS OUT I CONTACTED DONE RIGHT AND SPOKE LEE . THEY CLAIMED TO NOT HAVE KNOWN THIS INFORMATION AND WAS VERY ADMANT IT WAS MY FAULT FOR PURCHASING SOMETHING THEY ADVERTISED AS A 2010- 2012, SO I ASKED WERE YOU AWARE OF THIS HE SAID NO AND STATED THAT IF I RETURNED THE ITEM . THEY WOULD STILL ADVERTISE THE AXLE AS IS AFTER I TOLD TOLD THEM THIS WAS FALSE INFORMATION . I PERSONALLY BELIEVED THEY KNEW ABOUT THIS CHANGE AND PURPOSELY NEGLECTED IT . GROSS MISCONDUCT HERE . LEE( THE REP ) WAS VERY GLAD TO HELP ME WITH PURCHASING AND GETTING MY MONEY BUT HAS SINCE NEGLECTED TO HELP RECTIFY THIS SITUATION .

I had some work done on my truck and had a small issue with the tune. No questions asked, I was told to bring the truck back. Ben spent some time with the issue and figured it out. There was no extra cost in the time spent diagnosing the issue.nnGreat bunch of guys. Nice shop that is neat, organized and well put together.

Purchased a 30k mile 68rfe and a transfer case for our 2012 1 ton. Recieved our order in 3 days. These guys take the time to make sure everything is secure and complete. They even took the time to put all the bolts and nuts in individual bags and lable them! Lee is amazing and is very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend doing business with this company!
