Tony and I stopped at Spring Mill State Park in Mitchell, Indiana to see Hamer Cave.nThe cave had a Spring coming out of it that supplied the water for the Spring Grist Mill and the Pioneer Village.nnIts not a bad hike back to the cave. Sometimes its underwater.
NOT AN ENTERABLE CAVE, As noted its a shady spot to rest but fully underwater.
Easiest of the caves to get to. Short easy walk from pioneer village and a nice spot to cool down if it's hot.
Interesting history surrounding the restoration of the cave and how the second passage was created.
