Great atmosphere, quiet, friendly staff, nice training programs, calorie burning tracking, and 24 hours.
Great place to work out. New room allows both classes and individual work out to happen at the same time. Tara is putting a lot of effort into the place.nnHowever, please be aware that you will pay an extra month when you quit as they need a thirty day notice to cancel your membership.
Not impressed i’ve been working out for 20+ years this place is fine if you’re a novice I find the equipment to be sketchy at best it’s kept up nice but you would do yourself better if you used hammer strength for $20 a month planet fitness is a better option they offer tanning and massage chairs I’m new to the area so this is the closest one to me but I’m uninspired
This is by far the best gym I have been to! They have helped me in so many ways to accomplish my goals and lead a healthier life! They are supportive and helpful!!! Definitely recommend this place!!!
Worked out during not staffed hours. Very clean and I liked that they have ab machines. Also had the Bears game on while I did the treadmill.nI will be back!
