It has enough equipment to get a good workout in no matter how much time you have. Reasonable prices for being open 24/7. You can access someone on the website through email and they include a phone number, too. I have had nothing but a great experience there.
Really nice 24/7 place, many modern work out machines and places to work out. Has a shower, lockers, etc. A bit pricy related so some others but worth it.
Open 24/7 no matter what, unlike some others in the Sterling il areas. Many levels with different types of work out equipment or top level, all matted for yoga, excersise tapes etc. Safe neighborhood. I would recommend B_fit. Only drawback is it isn't very handicap accessable because of the stairs involved.
