I had a WOW moment at this facility today! Thank you so much to the staff! You got me hooked up with snacks, got me out of an embarrassing situation with my vehicle, and got me back on the road. The team at this Loves location went above and beyond. Both managers of service and facilities made sure I was safe to take off and I couldn’t tell them enough how thankful I was! Thanks again!

Their shop is not good. They were putting fuel filter 3 times and truck would not go, i told them many times make sure right filters were installed. They kept saying its good, so started changing my fuel pressure sensor, but it didnt help, until they decided to check the fuel filter and ended up to be wrong one. WHAT KIND MECHANIC SHOP YOU ARE IF YOU CANT EVEN INSTALL RIGHT FUEL FILTER?

Service Department Manged Poorly. Checked in for service 0700, they told me it would be a couple hours. 1000 I walk back in to see when they were going to get to me, and they dug my work order out of the trash claiming they called and got no answer. They read the correct phone number back to me, and no missed call on my phone. Instead of apologizing for their obvious mistake, the manager tries to claim it was my fault I didn't receive the call they obviously didn't make. Manager even tried to then claim he was beside the guy that made the call so it couldn't have been dialed wrong. Not to mention I walk in and he is cussing out another employee. Total Mickey Mouse operation, don't go even if desperate!

The store itself is pretty decent, it is in Illinois after all so you cant expect a whole lot. The people are friendly, if not a little stand offish that your not from here. It's one of those grab and go kind of places. The wifi here is about as reliable as an umbrella in a hurricane. The shop guys seem to be pretty busy getting their cardio, not sure about the actual work tho. If you have to stop here get what you need and move along.

JUST left this PERFECT Love's and I'm thrilled we were out of gas and had to stop there. Their store was clean, organized, and offered a variety of items. The bathroom was THE BEST bathroom I've been in after four weeks on the road. It was so clean I would have let my grandkids use it without hovering. And finally, the staff was very friendly and eager to help. It was a GREAT place to stop and catch our breath. Be sure and complement them when you stop by!! Thank you Love's store #750!!
