Amazing facility. Been going there for years now. The staff couldn’t be friendlier & they’re constantly updating their equipment. Endless opportunities for workouts. 5/5 stars easy!
I spoke to the lady who handles the billing and she was extremely rude. She had an attitude and didn’t want to listen. I understand about the contract but the year 2020 has been a challenging year. We had a life changing pandemic and I had a personal tragedy. My father was killed on June 2nd protecting his friend’s Pawn Shop in Saint Louis, Mo. He was a hero recognized by the President of the United States. My mind was not on a gym. I tried to communicate this but the lady was rude and unwilling to listen. Up until this point I loved Impact Fitness.
An excellent gym. Open 24 hours. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Excellent instruction, great equipment, supportive and cool classmates.nI did a four week morning bootcamp and would recommend it to anyone. You won't find a better will-testing, body-sculpting experience outside of the military. Your abs with thank you.
The staff were so helpful! Really helped me boost my confidence in the gym environment. Highly recommend!
