I always love calling in and ordering my lunch or dinner with you guys. Your staff is always friendly and helpful. They are great at making recommendations when I’m undecided. Only reason I don’t give 5⭐ufe0fs is because my fries always arrive soooo soggy and cold. Other than that no complaints.

Wings over Springfield on Parker St. has some serious management problems. I heard vents in the kitchen were broken, so much so that you could see the smoke from the dining area and workers were still expected to work in that smoke? Serious safety issues that need to addressed, much more important than someone receiving their order. Please make sure your workers are in safe work conditions before you attempt to risk their lives to cook some food.

Boy where do I begin? First of all I don’t know who runs the late night shifts but the customer service is horrible. We ordered our food at 10:17pm last night and they charged our card. As well we called the place to see if they could grill the other part of the meal and the lady we spoke to stated that would be fine. So not only were you guys aware of the order via the phone, we were also told to order online instead.....Then to get a no show to our house, no phone call to explain why no one has yet to show up with our food 2 hours later??? What type of food place is this??? Then I get an email at 1:00am stating that my card was refunded the money!!!!! No!!! I wanted my food! This place does not appreciate its customers period! I will never order from this place again. With so many food choices to choose from nowadays you would think businesses like this one would appreciate their customers more.....CUSTOMERS BEWARE...
