I had been a member of another gym for 10 years so it was hard at first for me to join another gym. I was reluctant, but after going for a few months I got more comfortable. They have an outstanding array of equipment! Ryan was extremely helpful with my transition to a new gym.
I can only speak for the Rock Island location, as a former member under the previous ownership i came back to find that everything is the same as it was 20 years ago, right down to the pictures on the wall which is a good thing, it has always been the best gym around by far, the fact that i can get a workout at 4 am before work is a huge bonus, the only reason its not a 5 star review is the fact some equipment could use some repair but id still rather come here than anywhere else
Great selection of free weights and machines to choose from. Good atmosphere. They did not have air conditioning when I was there, which is why I gave a three star.
I love this gym. There's a wide variety of equipment. The staff is excellent. I love the cardio room and the boxing room. It's just a great place to workout or tan.
