Wouldn’t even give 1 star to the Milan, IL Casey’s location. Absolutely terrible!! I’m not sure how hard it is to make a pizza but every single time I’ve tried coming to this location my pizza is never ready!! & then to make it finally when I’m there and it’s either not done or they’ve burnt it. How hard is it!? So ridiculous. Will never go back to this location.

Truthfully this place has gone way down hill rude people i always see a manager yelling at employees or talking down on them due to not having the proper training... Kristina is the best employee they have have any issues talk with her if its in her power she will fix it ud83dude03 her service is outstanding

Walked in and three employees standing around talking, nothing in the warmer the floor looked like it hasn't been swept in days and the one lady was eating while standing at the register complete cluster of a store
