Slowest drive through ever. Pharmacy tech very rude when I asked her questions. I hate this CVS.
I am so unhappy with this pharmacy, there are too many thing to write about. When we dealt with CVS on Sterling, they were awesome. I can never talk to a person when they call re a prescription. Today is Sunday Dec 6, 2020, and when I try to talk to a live person I am told the pharmacy is closed and won’t open until 10:00 am. Online says the pharmacy opens at 7:00 am every day including Sunday. I give up! Seriously thinking about changing pharmacies.
Highly recommend showing up 30-40 minutes ahead of time or going to a cvs with better customer service. I understand businesses get busy but you have to maintain quality hospitality...
Always a great experience with the pharmacy staff, the wait time is short and the staff is friendly and helpful. I've only ever had one issue and it was taken care of in a great and professional manner.
