I'm a McDonald's avid customer. W two kids who love McDonald's. Lately they service at university and pioneer Pkwy has been very poor. Food quality is not worth the pricing. I'm an ex employee from Knoxville McDonald's under Erin.nnTonight went and ordered fresh food for my entire family.nMeals were missing including sandwichesnnUniversity location is well known for their horrible service and lack of business.nnI will not ordering from this location any more.
3 different people came to the window asked what we ordered. Then gave us our food and was short a fry, a cheeseburger. And our 2 drinks. And then a little white boy came to the window and asked for our receipt and still could not get it right. The worst experience I have ever had at McDonalds. I will not go back there. U need to start being picky on who you hire.

Service is getting better. It's been suspect in the past. Keep it up.
Ordered online and picked up instore. Fries were absolutely delicious: hot, crispy, salty, but not overly so. Mcdouble was very good.
