Have had to call the cooperate locationnA few times, day shift is great. Never had had a problem with food. Its always hot.nNight shift is a different story.nThey are very rude. And can mess up the simplest order. And the food is always on the colder side.nYou can ask for fresh or made to order and it will still come out cold.nBetter off to just go during the daytime.

So I always go to McDonald's here in Oregon. Always a great experience and usually never have anything negative to say about them, but went to McDonald's got something and tried to pay wouldn't work. My sister tried to pay didn't work. But we can clearly pay but it kept denying both of us. And the manager said they expected a person with a credit card. Well it should except debit cards too. If your systems are down for debit cards, don't try to make us feel like we are wrong. Kinda disappointed. Really like this place. But noticed I've been kinda shorted on fries and other things at times too. Oh well. ud83eudd37‍♂ufe0f

When McDonald's implemented the order kiosks, I was fully opposed. I do want to support the workers there. That being said, I have found that I pretty much always use the McDonald's App to place my orders now.. Its super convenient to order ahead of time, and the deals are readily at hand and make McDonald's what it used to be: cheap and effective at filling the belly with greasy goodness. A triple cheeseburger and free medium fry is PERFECT to stave away a day's hunger.

Power out yesterday so I went to get fast food from here because the lights were all on and the drive thru was full. I did a mobile order app and never received my food, as did nobody else. Which is fine. I called this afternoon to fix it and was told they have nothing to do with it so call corporate, I asked for the number they said they didn't have it so I need to Google it. So now I'm lost trying to find a corporate number.nUpdate 7 months later: After calling corporate I was told to call the mobile order side of corporate. I was given 2 free coffees from corporate (I don't drink coffee) was told they were letting the owner of this Mcdonalds know I needed a refund and a call from him/her. Never received a call or my refund.

Usually pretty good but their second shift staff needs a retrain rehaul. The fries are always being redipped and the food is less than enjoyable unless you demand fresh.The customer service is a hit and miss.The whole restaurant overall is getting old and I for one would love to see a new franchise in Oregon.I know its a small town and there isn't much to pick from but if I have to go to McDonald's I'd like to go to one close rather than travel to one that is actually good.
