3star for making it hard for customers to grab carts.nCustomer had to insert a quarter to get the cart and later he gets that quarter back when cart is returned. Are you expecting that customers carry quarters all the time !nnOkay, we understand this is to reduce labor cost of collecting the carts ud83duded2 from all over the parking place.nBut , do remember any cost savings should not come at the expense of comfort to the customer.nnI would recommend to change this back to free grabbing of carts with multiple cart leaving stations just like Walmart.nnInstead you can do cost savings by implementing self checkout stations.
Quick visit after transporting a sweet golden retriever to meet his foster mom in Pontiac (he was relinquished earlier in the day and is heading further south in Illinois). I got some stuff for lunch on my return drive home.
Love my Aldi. Just wish they had more people working the registers. Now that is ridiculous! Y'all know it be packed in there
The store is usually clean, and stocked with the items they have everyday. The special find items on the other hand are hard to get in this store as they sell out quickly this includes the special find food items too. It is still a great store to shop at not once have i ever encountered a rude employee.
