Friendly staff. Loved the experience. I went when I was 6 months pregnant and I have not been back after I had my son due to complications after I gave birth but as son as the doctor clears me I will be there again. It is a great atmosphere, very relaxing.
I just recently started yoga practice at Forever OM and I am hooked. I love the practice, the instructors are all fabulous, the atmosphere is invigorating, and the community is encouraging. I have practiced with several of the different teachers. Each one brings their own style and coaching to your practice but they are all consistent with encouraging you to improving and push yourself a little bit more each time. It is an incredible workout for your body and mind. You leave there feeling sweaty and exhausted yet energized. If you have been thinking about trying it out - go for it! I never thought I would love hot yoga as much as I do.
Took the Sunday 8:30 - 9:30am Power Vinyasa class with Dianne B. and she was awesome. Love how she incorporated inversions in her practice and some ab strengthening workouts. I've practiced yoga for years and I think she did a great job at challenging me. Very excited to try more classes at the Vernon Hills location. The only thing I'm sad about is their prices. I feel like they are pretty steep here so I took advantage of the $99 unlimited class offer for newcomers. I'm going to come as often as I can to get my money worth. Wish they had better pricing though.
LOVE FOREVER OM! The yoga room is beautiful and the instructors are kind and very helpful which makes it a little piece of paradise. Forget the gym! If you're looking to get in shape, challenge yourself and gain a little peace of mind, go to Forever Om. Who needs the stark environment of a gym with all that harsh lighting when you can have this calm, peaceful, welcoming environment? Don't let the gentle atmosphere fool you, though. These instructors will WORK .YOU. OUT. Two thumbs up and a big Namaste!
I absolutely love Forever Om. I have been attending classes at the new Vernon Hills location since it opened. I did not expect to like hot yoga at first. I was nervous about practicing in 90 degrees and high humidity. I am so glad I gave it a shot. I'm not sure I can go back to a non hot yoga class. Forever Om and all of the instructors are hands down the best - they challenge you, encourage you and see things in you that you may not have seen in yourself!
