Lines are always long and move terribly slow. Today intercom was broken. Drove to window, no courtesy greeting explaining the situation. Drove to the next window and they asked what I ordered. I said I didn't, your intercom must be broken. They replied with a smarty comment and took 5 min to finally assemble a simple order. Skipping this location next time!

Ordered a French vanilla M ice coffee extra cream. They gave it to me with extra syrup not cream very sweet and disgusting called to let them know so pay more attention mind you it was a 22 min line the lady argued with at it wasn’t such a long line .. anyway I always have issues when they are very busy everyone is super slow compared to others the lines are horrible and when under pressured everything they make is nasty. Please stop with the attitude pay more attention to your food so you can have happy customers!

When I got my food it was completely cold. The buns for my sandwich were hard and it took way to long to get my food. I called the restaurant to tell them my order was wrong. The manager was rude and didn’t fix the problem. Never going back.

Food wasn't quite as fresh as other McDonald's that we visit regularly. Went to this one because it was more convenient this time, but really wished I would have gone the extra few miles to the other location that we enjoy.

I work in fast food and let me say that if we were ANYTHING like these employees our boss would eat. Us. Up. They never ever get an order right and the employees are incredibly INCREDIBLY disrespectful and rude even the manager. Wouldn’t kill them to smile and be decently nice.
