Plenty of variety for road trip!
After getting a shower from the kiosk and waiting for one to be cleaned I was informed by the only employee on duty that they were short handed and he was the only employee on shift.nHe explained that he couldn’t leave the front desk to clean the showers and apologized for the inconvenience. Great job from the employee to notify me however what a sad deal when management can’t staff enough employees overnight to take care of the plaza.
Lots of products on their shelves, clean store, clean facilities, great gift buying spot, they even have massage chairs, and a laundry room, and an Arbys to eat at. Their truck parking is decently sized and not completely covered in huge pot holes, and their staff was very friendly, unlike the pilot just a few miles down the highway from this one. This is a much better example of how pilot does business compared to the one down the highway which I also left a review on. This Pilot gets 5 out of 5 stars in my book and the one down the highway wouldn't have gotten any stars if that would have been an option. Great job at this location Pilot!! Keep up the good work.
Nice place to stop grab a coffe and gas big parking lot, clean bathrooms, laundry room, Arby's restaurant and many more things I really enjoy stoping here i found amazing gift memories also the staff in general is friendly the employee Pedro was very friendly and polite while he was helping us with our purchase 100% recommended this location close to the interstate freeway keep up guys.
The place was dirty the bathrooms reeked like a dirty sewer. Their food was absolutely disgusting maybe they need to check their employees on the night shift. Just go somewhere you know you can trust save yourself the grief.
