Can't say much as we usually just hit the drive thru and keep on going. Prices are the norm, food quality is standard for them, and so far we haven't had a messed up order.
Hello my name is Karen Wong. My family and I dined at this establishment and the service was horrific! First of all I was not given any utensils. When I asked for utensils they gave me chopsticks I found this extremely offensive given that my family is of Asian heritage! And despite their highly pernicious remarks they thought I wouldn’t hear, the meat was over cooked! Like tough leather, unsalted and extremely dry! Couldn’t cut through it with a chain saw.
This one seems to be better than most McDonald's I go to. I always go at lunch though so the food is usually fresher. Lunch always has a busy drive thru. The lady who always gives me my food is really nice
I ordered in the app and went to the location which is across from the Towneplace Suites in Minooka. The restaurant was neat and clean and the staff was friendly. The food was prepared after I arrived. My fries etc were hot and tasty.
