Constantly a disappointment. Consider the new plan where are you attempt to do fast service. I go to McDonald's for fast service and reasonable food. There is nothing from McDonald's that I would consider excellent. That's okay. I just want to get in and out quickly. That's what McDonald's is supposed to offer me. And it's fail, fail, fail! Do what you're good at. Try to stop being something you are not!
Mcdonald's is hit and miss but still my favorite fast food. Today it was awesome!
Went in to use restroom and get drinks to go. Given drink cups and lids and told to fill our drinks from the lobby machine which had yellow caution tape around it and a sign that it was closed due to Covid. Filled our drinks and left.
We use the drive-thru and they were very courteous and they didn't make any mistakes on the order
Just went thru the drive thru. Waited 15 minutes at the window. They finally ask me to pull forward. I do and wait another 5 minutes. Then I'm given cold food. I will definitely be calling corporate on this place. Service gets worse every time.
