I ordered four autumn themed bouquets for Thanksgiving and am so pleased with the floral selections. The arrangements were ready for pickup on time and were in vases, which showed extra special care, was taken and met the price expectations .

Do not waste your time ordering flowers from Flowerland. I had my wedding ceremony planned for the fall, but with the current pandemic we don't know when we will be able to have our ceremony. I texted the florist I worked with a couple of times to let her know my situation and she never replied to me. Not professional. I called and asked if I could please get my deposit back due to the current pandemic and the uncertainty of a future ceremony date. The owner was very condescending, and told me that I wouldn't be able to get my refund. I've been able to get my refunds from all of our other vendors because they understand that these are not normal circumstances. It's unfortunate that Flowerland isn't willing to help their customers in a time of need. I'm only leaving one star because I have to, I would rate it with 0 stars if I could.

What a life saver! After dealing with another florist, that last minute dropped the ball on a very important delivery, I called and spoke to Lori. She not only was able to make a similar bouquet BUT she even offered to deliver it herself!! THANK YOU FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!
