I will go out of my way to get the awesome customer service at Peet’s! Walked in and was warmly welcomed with a ‘Good morning’ the entire staff was very kind and friendly. I live behind the new Starbucks on Ogden Ave in DG...98% horrible service! Perhaps they should take a customer service class from the staff at Peet’s!nThank you for bringing me joy! Kudos!
Gone cashless (and not just exact change, I understand that issue) during a pandemic when people have financial issues exacerbated
We just go there to buy the beans. We enjoy it at home.nWhen you do they offer a free cup of coffee, which is nice.nCan't comment on anything else at this time.
It's become a real comfort to me. Esme, Jessica, and Kate always hook me up with the best tea blends, and I appreciate it.
