The cashier is so rude! Awful customer service. They don't know how to treat people.
Poor customer service. Associates walk around the store and look at the line while one waits for someone to show them how to use the cash register. Better of going outside of Springfield if you want decent service.
It's fine, just like every other Family Dollar....nothing to write home about.
