I walk in and sit down at a machine and a man tells me get up and come over here very rudely. I asked if he was talking to me he said yeah come over here. I said I don’t appreciate the way that you are talking to me, I am a customer you don’t treat customers that way. He then became irate and told me to get out and so I got up off my seat and walked right out. I literally thought this guy could do something to me I was scared. Maybe he just lost all his money on a machine. I told him I will never be back in there again and he said good and told me he was the owner and that he could do whatever he wants. Beware

Went in today to check my Poker Hand play card 8/18/19. Come to find out the lady who help me last week keep this week's play card instead of keeping last weeks play card after I won. The lady who was there today said the lady who help me before will be in later. She took my name and number and told me she would have her call me. Well, here is it 5 hours later and no call.nnUpdated: 8/20/19. I don't think anyone from the Corp. Office reads these reviews. Here it is 2 days later and no response.nnUpdate 8/26/19. Someone finally called me from customer relations. Was told that he will contact the manager at this location and have them call me. Well, It's been 5 days and NOTHING!!!!!nI called customer relations today and left a message for someone to call me back. So, here goes the waiting game again. This is the worst customer service ever.nnUpdate 8/30/2019 Still no call back from customer relations or manager at this location. Unbelievable!!!!
