Slowest Starbucks in existence. 20 minutes via drive-through almost every time at least. This is in the morning, with the parking lot empty. You'd think the drive through would be fast as its the only focus. They'd get 0 stars if it was an option, but the really friendly hockey fan lady in the drive through and Matt deserve 10 stars. I've been here with 2 cars in the drive through and still managed to wait 15 minutes.

Beck is the rudest worker ever!!!! All the other workers i have never had a issue with everyone is so nice there. My friend was in the drivers seat inserting my card that has a chip and she does not have a card with a chip so she took it out early because she thought it was done and Beck said she took it out to early and was like seriously guys and snatched the card out my friends hand and started swiping my card keep in mind they are not suppose to touch the card due to COVID-19 then we got our drinks and she walked away from the window and we were still there because i wanted to get the name and when i asked for their name because i wanted to speak to a manager about their attitude they just looked and me and slammed the window without giving me their name then they walked back and some other person came out and i know it was not the manager because i know the manager i go there everyday and i know all of the staff there and all they had to say was sorry about that i'll talk to them. I have called twice in the past about BECK and all they say is sorry about that and nothing is done personally i think they are not reporting my complaints. BECK SHOULD BE FIRED!!! THE RUDEST WORKER IVE EVER MET

Shout out to Caroline at the drive thru who was super sweet and helpful when I accidentally placed my mobile order at the Starbucks down the street. I felt like a moron but she was so kind and whipped up my drink for me super quick, no questions asked. Much appreciated. Will definitely be back. Thanks Caroline!
