The beginner yoga class didn't rush through the poses and really allowed us to get deeper into each pose for the most benefit. The instructor seemed to be bothered with everyone wasn't leading with the same foot though and kept commenting that we were all being really quiet (personally I would rather have a quiet practice) and that subtracted from the experience.nnThe drop in fee was affordable for a 75 min class and ultimately I really enjoyed it. I want to try other classes at all the studios now!

Large group for the New Years seminar, and they were well organized for the set up and takedown. The use of aroma and visualization added to the effectiveness of the poses. I left with a intention for the year, and at the end of the session it was quite easy to come up with. I guess my chakras were in tune.

I picked this studio because it was close to home and just one week into the introductory month I was hooked. I've practiced yoga on and off for years but never committed to a studio membership and mostly practiced at home with videos.nnThe introductory offer is an amazing value and gives you a chance to find your favorite teacher/class/time without spending a fortune. There's an amazing variety of classes so there's something for everyone and you get access to all studios with a single membership. And of course all the teachers are great. I also loved that when I first walked in I didn't feel like I was interrupting a clique, which had been my experience at most other yoga studios I've tried.nnI've been recommending this studio to all my friends and family.

Wonderful gym! They have everything you can need. Clean, pleasant, and excellent gym. Loved it! Will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

What a gem! I absolutely love this place. The instructors are so friendly, helpful and always smiling. As soon as you walk into Ahimsa, there’s a wonderful feeling of warmth and calmness. Awesome place!!
