Take my money, no contracts given , poor app can’t get in, no ever there to handle problems. Then charge my bank acct and tell I can’t work out! Wanted to opt out but no contract given! Charge you for membership then ask you to pay more for classes! Then in day I come in to work out ! After 260 of charges tell me I owe more money

I'm very disappointed at this location in Lyons. First of all the customer service is highly unprofessional. I would say not all but some front desk reps are very rude. Trainers are nice. I have a few friends that were thinking of switching here but I dont think I would recommend. There are machines that have been broken for a very long time and doesn't seem like it will get fix anytime soon. The thing that is the must disappointing is that a lot of people take off the masks or have it all the way down and management doesn't seem to care. The same rude employees don't wear the masks all the way up and walk around showing prospects the place with the mask down. Also, when are they going to turn the a/c? I'm not the only one suffocating inside the mask and getting dizzy because it's so hot inside.

Did a poor job of communicating with customers regarding updates during the lockdown They charge the 24 hour membership fee of $40 even though they are not open 24 hours. When you inquire about the fee nobody replies back. There is not sanitizing spray bottles available for every member like charter fitness provides. When you send a review expressing your concerns directly to customer service nobody contacts you to address your concerns. You'll notice even when you leave a negative review they reply with an automated response. Their other competitor charter fitness is now open for 24 hours.

Y’all need to take those bikes out of the basketball courts and open up the basketball courts again.The room is not for spin cycle class!!nn(I just read your reply can you give me an actual reply instead of an automated reply) we deserve better than this c+ service
