We just moved into a house that has a multi-story indoor back stairwell with high ceilings and complicated woodwork. The stairs go down into an unfinished basement that has not been taken care of. We hired them to transform the space - and they did. It's miraculous how terrible it looked and how amazing it looks now. The team that came was friendly, professional, and did the work faster than anticipated. You could tell they really cared about doing a good job and took pride in their work. We could not be happier with the results. Highly recommend!
I hired CertaPro to paint a stairwell with very tall ceilings, as well as repair damaged plaster near a window. Additionally, they painted window trim. The two painters doing the work arrived on time, and I could tell they really cared about the quality of their work. They were careful, covered everything, and cleaned up well before leaving. The end result was phenomenal. They really transformed the space. I absolutely love my new wall color!!!nnOn top of that, I really appreciate that the painters took COVID safety precautions, wearing masks during all conversations. Believe it or not, some contractors I've had did not do this. These guys were very pleasant to work with all around.nnMary and Ottis (my contacts for the estimate and scheduling) were also extremely responsive. They gave me a good price considering the job (as mentioned earlier, these ceilings were TALL!!!) I plan to reach out to them for future projects, and would recommend in a heartbeat. :)
The entire process was professional and well carried out. My job happened as scheduled and the painting was well done. The crew had the experience and good equipment. They were very helpful in moving furniture away and back again. They returned quickly after to do a few minor touch-ups. I would use CertaPro Painters Evanston Chicago again in the future.
We hired Ottis and team last minute to do some work while we were out of town for the holidays. The team was super professional, clean, fast and left our place more beautiful than when we left it. Highly recommend
This is third time we have used Certapro services, and Ottis and his team of workers always have been pleasant to work with. Their work is excellent and workers are courteous. We will definitely recommend them.
