Horrible customer service.nnRepaired poor installation (by tightening two screws) then demanded payment for 5 minutes of “labor.” No price list ahead of service. Claimed 5 minute visit was worth $100 then when I questioned charging a repeat customer for repairing a poor installation, he dropped the payment to $75. Refused to leave my apartment without payment. I asked him to email me an invoice and he said I had to follow him out to his vehicle to pay immediately.nnI called the office to speak to a supervisor and they literally “forwarded” me to the repair person standing in my living room.nnTerrible experience. I will never give this company my money again.
Would not use this company again, originally used them since they had many good reviews here; big mistake.nnTerrible customer service and a huge rip-off.
