Sergio (Rick) was so responsive, available immediately, came to my location, and diagnosed my car. He was informative, caring, honest, and unbelievably helpful. He explained what was wrong, gave me a quote of around what it should cost to fix, and even suggested a place if I didn’t have a trusted mechanic. His price was more than fair and he even sent me more info about the issue AFTER he left - so that I could be more informed of the issue. So thoughtful. Even my husband said, “we’re gonna call that guy for everything!” when he left. Highly recommend. Will update when the work is done! Thank you!!
Ricky is the nicest guys I have ever met in this industry. Pricing is affordable, especially for the distance he drove to tow me. Not only didn't he do a great job with the process he recommended the best place to get my new tire which was also affordable. Excellent service, I'll use him everytime.
Like many others in the Chicago area my car needed not only a jump but a new battery. I contacted Rick and while speaking with him he was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. After setting up the appointment and explaining the situation Rick showed up and went straight to work. He identified a dead battery as being the issue. After running to the auto parts store Rick returned with the new battery and replaced the dead battery. The entire process was quick and painless for me and I feel Rick provided outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Rick’s Emergency Roadside Assistance if you ever find yourself in this type of situation.
Rick was amazing! He answered the phone himself. He was friendly, understanding and kind. He was honest about his time of arrival which was less than 45 minutes after I called. Simply put, Rick's Emergency Roadside Assistance has outstanding service. Do no hesitate to call!nnWith a dead battery I made the mistake of calling a different tow truck first.nn45 minutes later their driver called and was basically lost and at the wrong street. So, I politely cancelled, hung up and called Rick's.nnIt wasn't 15 minutes from the time I called Rick's until the time my car was jumped and running.nnSergio even tested the battery for me which indicated that unless I bought a new one (I did) that I'd probably end up needing another jump in a few days.nnWill call again if needed!nnFriendly, fast and a very reasonable fee for a jump.
