My car was starting with less enthusiasm and knew it was time for a new battery. I looked on consumer reports and found the right one and proceeded to Google where I could find it. Batteries Plus had the item and from reading the reviews I knew this was the right purchase. I went to their website and was able to easily order on line and pickup the battery curbside.nnThe website was easy to navigate. I found I was able to get some discounts for ordering online and even a rebate!nnI got an email 10 minutes later telling me my order was ready. Ryan answered to phone and was friendly and asked me to wait a moment while they got my order ready. Matt came out and installed my battery right there. Took my old battery and they refunded my core charge. We tested the car and it started right up!nnWhat a great experience! Thank you for making this so easy today. It was a hot July afternoon and everyone was so friendly and helpful.nnI will come back the next time I need any kind of battery or bulb. These folks are great!!

Was a very easy process. The only problem i have is, the associate who installed the battery in my car had a terrible set up for the install. It is bad enough the change happens in the parking lot but he also had a terrible set of tools to use. I would recommend a cart with all the tools needed to install multiple style of install. Guy did a great job just could of had a MUCH BETTER SET UP.
