Took my spouse here for brow service. Great scheduling and the store was well cleaned and stocked. Brows turned out much better than our local store in Maryland.

honestly the best customer service at this store . employees are very helpful. I've been to a lot of stores but this one employees are geniune and actually help you when you have an issue. I definitely prefer this store over others.

I work in the beauty industry. Customer service is TOP priority. I came to this location because the Ulta app showed there was a foundation that I was looking to purchase here. I asked an employee, and she let me know it wasn’t there. Perfectly fine, I understand apps have glitches. She sent someone, who I believe was the manager, to help me out while I was looking at other brands. She told me that the apps should show me if the foundation is here, and I tried to show her that it did, but I couldn’t go into the app feature at that moment. So she walked away after I told her I couldn’t find it at the moment, and said “so it’s not here”. Okay, rude, but that’s fine.nThis is where I’m bothered, no one helped me to find a different foundation. You clearly know what type of product I was looking for, so why not assist a customer to find a substitute? I love going to make up stores (Sephora) because the employees do their best to help you out, and make sure you walk out happy with your purchases. I see there’s other reviews that bring up how rude the employees are after I left this store, and I definitely got that vibe. Sticking to Sephora, because this is not the first time I experience employees not providing excellent customer service at an Ulta store.
