They have good stylist but their prices went from (30 to $50..within a year span..too high..

Courtney is my hair stylist at this location; she is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She is always accommodating and always has new & creative ideas for my curly short salt & pepper hair.nShe’s awesome!

Due to covid it’s been a very long time since my daughter and I have gotten hair cuts. After reviewing their covid safety procedures, we decided hey why not go get some self pampering and get some hair cuts to feel refreshed. I also just had a baby and was in desperate need of some pampering. Even if it’s just a haircut. I had used the app and made an appointment for me and my daughter at 1:15pm. They called me the next and asked if I could switch the appointment to 2:05p instead. It was already an inconvenience but I agreed and moved some things around for the day. We both arrived very excited to find out that they only put one person on the schedule for the appointment and could only take one of us. At this point I’m disappointed and annoyed. I was going to just take the slot and bring my daughter back another time but I saw the look of disappointment on her face and let her go instead of me. the salon tech was telling me come back later or another day but making this appointment was already hard to make as I do not have a lot of time. Not her fault but still very inconvenient. Then on top of that they tell me the prices changed and my daughter’s haircut (who is 7 years old) will cost $45 because we wanted to get it blow dried. That’s ridiculous! So we ended not getting it blow dried. I was not going to pay $45 for my daughters mediocre haircut.
