I’d like to mention that the layout and design of this barber shop is spectacular. The shop is very clean and gives a sense of comfort and excitement as you wait your turn in line. Over the past few years I have always found myself returning to John. That is because he is the best at what he does. Not only does he take his absolute time and effort on every cut but his level of consistency and care is unmatched. When you are his customer you feel that he is bringing the best out of you, his cuts are like a work of art. If you are reading this I highly recommend this place.
John is a great barber! He does cuts for both me and my son and does great blending on high fades. John is always professional and friendly and the new shop is great! He is always fully stocked with product and the environment is always clean- even more so with COVID guidelines. All of the pricing on services is very reasonable. Overall, I would recommend getting cut by John to anyone looking for a quality haircut or lineup.
I have been getting my haircuts in the Skokie area for over seven years now. I have tried the service at ten plus shops in the area, and I can say confidently that this shop provides the best service of them all.... combined.nnCutting hair is an art from, and each haircut is a masterpiece. The owner, John C, takes his time and most importantly he listens to exactly what you want. My favorite memory so far, happened after I got my haircut. As I got up to pay, he noticed my beard needed one extra trim, and he made me sit down again in order to make sure I left his business, looking and feeling perfect. To me, that shows true care and dedication.nnThe atmosphere is amazing, with modern decor and design. First off, the salon's atmosphere is great. It's clean, well lit, and roomy. Secondly,The barbers are professional and courteous, and really make you feel at home. Last but not least, the quality to price rate is off the charts. I got a super clean and precise razor fade for $15.00
As a consumer, I aim to place my trust in those that take pride in their craft. John knows you are his greatest advertisement for his business once you walk out his doors and he commits to engineering every cut with such awareness in mind. Having followed John across multiple barbershops over the course of the past four years, I witnessed first-hand how he successfully built a foundational, devoted client base. The low, mid and high-top fades are his signature complimented by his blending process that is second to none. By far the most prominent cut that Chicagoland area has to offer. Best of luck John!
