I asked to be pushed and I am not disappointed. I'm tired at the end but even after the first session I can feel the different muscles that were worked. There are different classes offers and I am looking forward to the kickboxing. It doesn't feel like working out when you're having fun. Also like the set up and design of the place. Nice color blue. Big thumbs up. Great service and they get to know you personally.
Great place to workout, and just be in general. I spend a lot of time here, and really enjoy all the amenities. The classes are great, and there's even a place to come and do work and eat.
It is a great gym!! I have been a member since 2019 and I love the community and the coaches. Kevin and Ian are fantastic and they are always available and open for questions and concerns.nI feel very motivated to work out with them, and they always make sure your form is good.
I've been working out with trainers for about the past 20 years. Kevin is by far the most knowledgeable and best one that I have had. He knows when to push you and how far to push. His gym is conveniently located and is fully equipped no matter what your fitness level is.
This is the greatest gym in town. They have nice facilities and the coaches over there are amazing! I would recommend Etown to anyone without hesitation.
