Planet Fitness

Expected to be treated with the same hospitality as the planet fitnesses located in southern states (FL, TN). Instead, I was yelled at mid squat for my mask falling off my nose, not even off my face. Also, what’s with the no thin strap tank top rule in the northern locations. What kind of gym has a dress code? Furthermore, I was told I couldn’t bring my bag onto the gym floor, while other people had drawstring bags, but I guess those were fine?? Will not be joining planet fitness after all.

Very nice staff. I had trouble registering for the first time and an employee working at the front desk just gave me a free day pass so that I could exercise. Very sweet gesture.

First time visiting this location and I was expecting a great workout but I was not allowed the luxury. I forgot my key card but I provided my phone number listed to my account. The associate informed me of the outstanding balance that was dated from 2018 and was willing to allow me to workout. I asked for the corporate number so that I can take care of the situation the next day. Meanwhile, the associatenasked Victoria (manager) how I should go about contacting corporate in regards to the balance and she stated I would need to contact my home gym. Victoria proceeded to say that I was unable to workout due to liability reasons even though the associate said that it was ok prior to me speaking with Victoria. I explained to her that my account was current and I had proof based on a transaction processed on March 17th. She stated that I needed to contact my home gym to rectify the situation. After speaking with my home gym they confirmed to me that my account was and has been current. When I walked back into the gym again Victoria attitude was not pleasant or welcoming when I informed her of what the young lady stated over the phone. After going back and forth in regards to my account, I placed the young lady on speaker so that she can reiterate what she stated to me to Victoria. Victoria then asked the young lady to change the number on my account to the number listed on the account. The young lady did what was requested by Victoria but I was no longer interested in working out at this location. I do not appreciate being turned away and dealing with nasty attitudes. Not to mention, it is not my job to do the managers job when it comes to handling accounts. A good manager would have rectified the situation by contacting the other gym in regards to the error. First impressions are lasting impressions and I assure you that as a paying customer like other customers I did not deserve to deal with this kind of behavior especially from a manager. I will patronize somewhere else...

This location is so tiny, I'm surprised that during covid it is allowed to be open. Some of the staff are rude, but not all. All of the machines work nicely, but they are right on top of each other.

Liked that there was a high level of masking and you could literally see someone cleaning (staff or gym goer) every second of being there.
