Yellow Flower never ceases to leave me refreshed and less stressed. The classes are taught by teachers with great expertise and individualize their classes to meet the needs of the participants. They are receptive to feedback and open to suggestions to make sure you feel you are getting the most out of their classes. I highly recommend any novice or more advanced yogi to try their classes!
Yellow Flower Yoga is my favorite go to for all my yoga! They offer vinyasa flow, restorative, Pilates/yoga, Yin, sculpt and yoga/barre. All the instructors are fabulous. The community is caring and fun. Easy/free parking. Can not recommend enough!
Loved my class with Beri. I was in town visiting from Mexico and needed to find a Yoga studio to keep up with my practice. The studio was clean, calming and offers many different styles of yoga.
Enjoyed my class with Kathy Ryan. Ab work is hard for me. She incorporated some moves that I have not done in prior classes, and I loved them. What a way to wake up my flabby abs!!
This is such a hidden gem!! I love this studio - easy parking and fantastic space. I've taken the following classesnYoga/PIlates Yoga/ with Beri - she's so fantasticnRestorative Yoga with Alyssa - can't recommend this enough - it's just what we all need in this busy world!nYoga with Barre Elements with Sophie - so great - strengthening AND stretching! She also teaches a Stretch/Yin Yoga that I need to make my way to.
