Waste of time! Horrible customer support.
Went through drive through to make a withdrawal.
Refused to process due to amount and requested me to come in. I said I won’t be wearing a mask if I come in! (Not a believer) was then threatened 911 would be called if I didn’t leave.
Claimed it was against policies, but yet the last 6 months they continue to make adjustments to the policies weekly.
Wells Fargo on 4800 S state street was more than welcoming to process my request through drive through without 1 issue.

What a terrible design drive thru design. There is only 2 drive thru spots that boarder the main road, so the 3rd and 4th person in line is either blocking the side walk or causing a very unsafe and huge traffic jam to get to the ATM.
The people but I wish their banks all had hadicaped entrance since I'm in wheelchair
35 mins to help one person. That's ridiculous! I Will not be going there anymore. Its not just once that this has happened, it happens all the time.
